How To Add A Facebook “Like” Box To Your Blog
Want to add the facebook “like” box (like the one I have on the right sidebar of my blog) to your blog? It is super easy. Go to http://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box
Now, type in your Facebook User ID into the box (not sure what yours is? Go to your facebook page, click on your logo, and your ID is the set of numbers displayed at the end of the URL in your address bar. It should say id=XXXXXXXXXXXX where the x’s are your numbers)
When you are happy with the way your box looks, click on the “get code” button. Now, copy the iframe code. I have a wordpress blog, so I pasted the code into the “text” widget to have it show up on my sidebar.
Now, people can “like” my page right from the blog.
